Our story
From a life of public service to a growing social mission.
Mr. V. Jambulingam, a retired Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police from Kavarapattu in Thanjavur, dedicated his life to public service, discipline, and social upliftment. A first-generation graduate and passionate sportsman, he believed that opportunity and education could change the trajectory of underserved communities.
Inspired by those values, V. J. Balamurugan established Sirakugal Foundation Trust to protect indigenous cultural heritage and create sustainable opportunities for marginalized communities across Tamil Nadu.
Today, the foundation brings together cultural preservation, grassroots sport, skill development, social inclusion, and community enterprise within one practical platform for progress.
